Super hoppy and bitter

Extremely hoppy! 12oz too much just a 6oz glass would work.

Had It on tap at the pub and it really hits a top hop level

Wow. Caramel color, very smooth mouthfeel, malty foreground with hints of soy sauce, coffee, and caramel. A very complex beer in my opinion. Would go great with Asian cuisine. (not aged - drank same day as purchase)

Strong, smooth, sweet, and very well balanced. In short, 120 Minute IPA doesn't taste like beer and certainly not like an IPA. There is zero bitterness to it. None. Well, there is a hint of it but the the high ABV, between 15 and 20%, masks it very well. This beer pours like liquid gold, really it does. It's silky as it exits the bottle and flows into the glass and shimmers in the reflection of the light. Some have said this is better than Dust Bowls Soul Crusher which I disagree with. It's in the same caliber and it is a true delight but Soul Crusher is a tough beer to beat. Truth is, so is 120 Minute.
