Tastes almost like a liqueur with the high alcohol content. Vaguely like Amoretto. Delicious and great for sipping/sharing.

I aged mine for a year in a three foot hole in my back yard and it came out fantastic! Sweet and savory with a great hop bite to it. If your patient, wait an entire year and age your 120 minute!

Surreptitiously smooth. Sweet, sticky on the tongue.

Undrinkable, especially at $10 for a 12 oz bottle.

Sweet taste at the beginning then the typical ipa flavors kick in. I must admit that after the sweetness it is a very tasty beer.

Honey sweet, set on an extreme hop backdrop. Very strong!

You can feel the vapors travel through the back of the mouth and up into the nasal cavity, creating a familiar horseradish or wasabi nose tingling feeling that is slightly pleasant.
