Bready nose. Dark in color with coffee notes but very sweet with an almost cola-like taste.

Chocolate coffee cream soda. Medium mouthfeel a bit of a dry bitter finish. Very drinkable at 10%. Still prefer an imperial stout to this style.

Pours her black from the can to a goblet. Frothy one finger head. Smell: coffee, vanilla. Taste: smooth coffee and deep bitter chocolate up front with a dry, yet slightly sweet finish from what I perceive to be either vanilla or marshmallow. I had this when it was first released and am having my second over a year later. This beer does wonderfully with aging. Overall a delicious imperial coffee chocolate stout!

Malt sweetness characteristic of a brown ale, but with hints of wheat and pale ale.

Smells like coffee! Tasting notes true the name. Complex flavor of coffee, cacao, and bygone beans. Roasted and rich flavors. Thank you Sixpoint!

Strong coffee flavor but a bit bitter... good sipping beer in moderation @ 10% ABV

Dark brown almost black on color with a substantial tan frothy head great lacing and strong black coffee & hint of dark chocolate aromas. Very smooth velvety mouthfeel with an iced coffee taste and a dark chocolate syrup finish. Very smooth for a 10% brew. Very tasty.
