pagnani - March 21, 2012Phenomenal. Full and smooth. Beautiful color and head. Lots of hops at the beginning of each sip - then the maple syrup (and a cinnamon spice)- quickly dissipate it. 7.5%
davl22 - March 17, 2012Strong citrus hop aroma, I don't really get much maple syrup aroma or flavor, but it does mellow out on the finish, a little sweetness, definitely in between the 60 and 90 min as far as hop flavor, was hoping for more character from the maple syrup
cbusico - March 11, 201290 minute & the 60 minute mixed & aged with maple syrup in a cask! Incredibaly smooth with the perfect balance of hops & sweetness! Doesn't get much better for an IPA!
