It?s ok. A little too much banana for me. 9/16/2022

Sweet and syrupy. A whole bottle is a little too much.

Reevaluating this one. Its not bad, but having one after a Weyerbacher Merry Monks and a New Belgium Tripel puts into relief that this tripel is just ok. Not a strong wheat, yeast, or fruit flavor. Its more like the grain flavor you get in a lager with a hint of tripel. The body is pretty full for a tripel, and that may be this beers outstanding feature.

Best cold. Banana comes through as it warms.

Good for what it is. I just never seem to love Belgian Ale's.

Belgian Trappist Triple A golden ale with a fruity bouquet. Balanced with pale barley and oats. Goes well with Gorgonzola cheese. Like.

Good Belgian triple but a little weak for a tribe. More like a double or even blonde. Bottle 4/2015

Solid tripel without being overpowering.
