Sweet and syrupy. A whole bottle is a little too much.

Reevaluating this one. It?s not bad, but having one after a Weyerbacher Merry Monks and a New Belgium Tripel puts into relief that this one is just ok. Not a strong wheat, yeast, or fruit flavor. It?s more like the grain flavor you get in a lager with a hint of tripel. The body is pretty full for a tripel, and that may be this beer?s outstanding feature.

Best cold. Banana comes through as it warms.

Good for what it is. I just never seem to love Belgian Ale's.

Belgian Trappist Triple A golden ale with a fruity bouquet. Balanced with pale barley and oats. Goes well with Gorgonzola cheese. Like.

Good Belgian triple but a little weak for a tribe. More like a double or even blonde. Bottle 4/2015

Solid tripel without being overpowering.

Decent but a weird brassy flavor that couldn't be ignored.
