Great Belgian strong/holiday ale. Notes of raisins, caramel, and a hint of cardamom. Malty characteristics are present as well as an odd but very enjoyable earthiness.

Malty with a slightly cloying sweetness - the name adoration works well. Can taste the alcoholic burn after swallowing. Not much carbonation. Interesting, but couldn't drink much of it without food. No idea what food this would pair well with, though. (Rye House, Sept 2012)

Sweet, but heavy in the stomach. Can taste the alcohol. I prefer St. Bernardus much more.

Strong malty character with prescience of alcohol. Rosy smell and a crisp bite of coriander.
