Mild and very refreshing. Hoppy, with mild bitterness. Very smooth finish.

Approaches what Dogfish has done with 60 minute yet I feel is less "flavorful" (hoppy) but I feel equally balanced. Where it lacks in IBU's it (I suppose) makes up for in a clean finish and "refreshing ness" sort of a subjective take but its an OK beer. For my money id spend on Lagunitas, 60/90 minute, and Sierra Nevada. Even for an even tempered ale I'd suggest double jack from Firestone Walker.

More great hop tones than I was expecting. For an APA at 40 IBU, I was expecting a much milder beer but the floral tones were prominent and there was less of a citrus taste than I was hoping for.
