Pretty okay. Not much carbonation, not much of a head, not heavy, not thin, a hint of dark coffee. A little too hoppy. But somehow it all works. I would get again if no better choice.

Hoppy taste, but mild for a dark beer

Pour dark brown with a huge tan head. Smells lightly of coffee and smoke. Tastes similar. Light flavor of coffee, chocolate and roasted malt, all with a nice subdued smokiness to it. Feels rich and creamy. Very smooth. Thanks Pete.

Not that good. Love the white and love stouts. This has a weird aftertaste.

The Grill Room, Portland, ME. 10/08/2012. Porter Stout. Good! Smooth, rich, very drinkable. Coffee after notes, but not too strong.
