Smooth and fruity. Banana bread flavor.

Decent lighter beer. Nothing special but still enjoyed.

At Alewife LIC. Strong but smooth. A little banana favor. Good mouth fleet. An excellent beer.

Still fairly new to Belgium style ales. While I can certainly appreciate them I'm just not "getting" them jut having fun trying.

No appropriate barware at hand, so enjoyed from the bottle. Smooth, creamy mouthfeel and balanced carbonation, noticeable alcohol and pleasing bitter hops balanced with spicy clove and cinnamon. Not as sweet as some triples.

Good, but not great. Wish there was a drop more honey to counteract the bitterness

11/15/15 - 12 oz bottle into a Bruery tulip glass. Nice 1/2 " thick white puffy head but it dissipated pretty quick. Pours an opaque yellowish golden color. Aroma is citrus, herbal, spices, floral hops, banana and a sweet honeyish malt. Taste is citrusy hops, semi-sweet, spicy hop bite at the finish. 9% alcohol is well hidden. Mouthfeel is light, smooth and somewhat creamy with average carbonation. Great beer, would have again.

Had having their bourbon aged triple Ale last week. I thought I would try this more "normal" beer. While it lacks the smoothness and flavor of the bourbon aged variety it is still a mighty fine beer that I enjoy immensely. And at half of the cost that's a good thing.
