Didn't like as much as my other favs from the Bruery. Pretty sweet. Reminds me a little of Kwak. As it warms, the complexity comes through, but didn't wow me.

Tastes like all the dregs of many beers poured together. Sweet, malty, and indistinct I really didn't like it at all. Kind of like Vegimite without the kick.

Rich and heavy. Like baked beans in a glass. Maple not too strong, but you can detect it in the aftertaste. Sweet, Belgian style. Boozy.

Sweet Belgiam ale. Can smell the maple but it just tastes like a Belgian quad, but not quite as good as a real one.

Very good fall beer - little heavier brown ale but brewed with yams and has a great starting and finishing flavor!

Had three versions of this. 1) Regular version was good, very sweet. 2) Barrel-aged was good, slightly more sour. 3) Brett variation was unpleasant.

Definite flavor of sweet potatoes and maple--sweet at first then spicy; rich. Strong.
