Thick for a wheat beer, quite sweet, 8.2% alcohol level. Not bad though

Cloudy and caramel in color this is one of my favorite beers to pair with food. The fruity notes and rich malt sweetness pair with an elegant finish and additional complexity from bottle conditioning. Schneider Weisse knows how to make amazing wheat beers.
