Peak of this style. Golden and lightly hazy with foamy head. Sweet overripe banana aroma with a hint of Prosecco. Flavor is straight banana, more estery and taffy-like. Then a bit of spice cake finish. Quick though. Mostly you get the yeast and esters. Exceptionally drinkable.

Great complexity with notes of clove and banana with a nice, spicy finish.
