Rebel Rocketman - January 23, 2016Clean finishing classic German lager with deep copper color and fine white head. Strong caramel and malt flavor with slightly metallic finish. Noticeable but not unpleasant alcohol presence. Typical German yeast character with low but noticeable phenolic esther component. Exceptionally clear and finishes very clean.
