Slight carbonation, still smooth. Chocolate & raspberry, roasted notes. Big bodied, sweet. Flavor doesn't last long; but well balanced. 3.95

Tastes like a chocolate covered raspberry cream and just as sweet. Nicely made but it's definitely over sweet. The bomber is enough for three or four people.

DNF...did not finish. Huge disappointment after paying $15 for the bottle. My buddy and I had a second taste just to confirm before dumping. Founders is a great brewery but they missed the mark here.

Pours mahogany to opaque black in color with little to no khaki head in a rim. Heavy aromas of milk chocolate and raspberries. This beer definitely needs to warm up to release its aromas and flavor. Sweet chocolate flavor at the forward medium to thick in body balanced by the tartness and juiciness of raspberries. A semisweet chocolate flavor at the finish. I surprisingly liked this one but its definitely a dessert beer. Would only want one.
