jameslipari - June 28, 2017I really enjoyed this beer, but not sure what they meant by "Kolsch inspired". Doesn't say Kolsch to me at all. I'm guessing it's a Kolsch yeast, but I still tasted what seems to be a Trillium house strain. Still good, but not a Kolsch
Cowboy Mike - June 9, 2017A rather nice hoppy pale ale. Not remotely a traditional kolsch, but very flavorful. The finish has a bit more malt presence. Hop profile is strongly floral with a slight citrus.
aaf145 - May 28, 2016Unique Kolsch.. Not the best but still original enough to get a 3.5 stars.. Slight fruit and malt followed by a massive dosage of floral hops.. Nice abv,light.. My least favorite trillium beer but still an easy 3.5 star rating so that's saying something... Cut back on the floral hops and add more of the malt and fruit and this would be excellent.
