Category: 2A German Pilsner (Pils) Aroma: A bit yeasty/bready. Appearance: Light golden--quite pale. Very clear. Flavor: More bitter than malty in balance. Slightly metallic taste comes through in finish. Nice bready malty notes to start. Mouthfeel: Medium-full body. Crisp, full carbonation. Overall Impression: Long metallic finish is tough to move past, but not a bad beer.
