Pretty tasty. Stronger initial but smooth ending. Not bad, good winter beer.

Very malty with a definite hoppy finish. Highly carbonated. Oak and tannin forward with almost toasted cherry/raisin undertones. Some semi-sweet caramel or chocolate (indefinite) tones. A strong 3.5/5.

A solid porter. Classic mocha color with a much thinner, peanut brown head than the average porter. The dark malts give this a pleasant small (for stout lovers). Taste is refreshing at first with a bit of malted barley, finishing with a light bitterness similar to a cold dark coffee. Could be smoother. 3.5 of 5 stars.

My go-to dark. Hearty, flavorful and goes down smooth. Great with a meal or as a solo drink.
