Xenobia - August 7, 2017Blackberries may be a excellent addition to an IPA since they tend to have a bitter aftertaste. However, blackberries also tend to be sweet and sour--two tastes I don't think of as compliments to an IPA. It's pretty good, but it doesn't seem to fit the category.
