Unremarkable over carbonated citrusy wheat beer with a burn. Think Alka-Seltzer with vinegar. Tastes more like a very peppery, very dry sparkling white whine with a splash of decomposing orange and lemon peels. I almost get a bleu cheese hint in the aftertaste. I'm think Witbiers may not be my bag.

This is not a bad beer by any means...I don't think Unibroue knows how to make a bad one. However, that means I expect a LOT from them when I drink one of their beers. This one just didn't deliver the amount of flavor I expected. It's got great carbonation and body...but the flavor is just missing, somehow. I guess it's just plain, and that disappointed me a bit. Still a good beer, just not great for Unibroue.

Very nice but not very flavorful. Coriander and orange peel. Mellow. Smooth. Tasting again at Lara's I think this is very close to hoegarden

Darkish yellow color; Effervescent with some sour ale notes in there. nice balanced coriander and orange/citrus spice;, let this warm up for 15 minutes and the mouthfeel firms up and the flavors come through. A classic Whitbier. Good spring beer.
