A little bit sparkling taste, I don't taste caramel but I do taste the toffee finish

Surprisingly good for what I expected. It has an interesting balance of spices that takes it a level higher than the standard Blue Moon.

Not what I expected for an Abbey Ale. Decent caramel tones but probably nothing I would buy again. An okay winter beer.

Replacement for Winter Abbey Ale, which was classified as a Dubbel. Mt. Abbey is classified a pale ale. Expect M-C would claim only the name was changed, but this is not as smooth and tasty as Winter.
