Pretty good example of the Bavarian classic hefe. The body is lighter and mild hints of banana a clove.

My favorite Hefe. Perfect session beer for hot Texas days and nights. Refreshing with citrus, banana, and caramel notes. Don't be afraid of the yeastiness!

cloudy, straw yellow. small head and smoooth, taste; no unpleasant sharp tastes to snag on the tastebuds. does have a mild sweetness to it.
