I aged it for 3 years and it?s smooth and not boozy. Great flavor.

Tan, foamy, head that lingers. Opaque black with no light escaping. Rich aromas of roasted bread and malt with dark skinned fruit. Full bodied with soft carbonation. Raisiny - almost port-like- this brew is really fun.

This is a very good , smooth beer. My friends Dave and Ursula don't think so, but what do they know! Hints of bourbon mixed deep into the beer, not separated. Enjoy!
