FabAru - January 27, 2021Why, Hill Slug, should it be sour
At all? Its a saison, India style. Though it is sour, which, contrary to HS, I didnt expect. A strange concoction. Theres a mix of sour, saison, dry, a tad bitter, hops, and, I dont know, a touch of Schlitz Tallboy in there. Its not bad, maybe even pretty good. But it seems like one of those beers one will have a different take on every time he drinks it. As part of that, I think it goes better with food than without.
