Kona Castaway Ipa è una India Pale Ale, dunque prodotta in alta fermentazione, di color bronzo e dal gusto deciso. La sua amarezza accentuata le viene conferita da ben 4 luppoli agrumati di origine australiana (Galaxy) e americana (Citra, Simcoe e Millenium): le loro caratteristiche vengono esaltate dal processo di dry hopping, mescolate a un particolare tocco di mango e frutto della passione e ben bilanciate dal caramello dei malti utilizzati. La gradazione alcolica di 6% vol. e il suo corpo strutturato la rendono perfetta - servita a una temperatura di 8-9°

Floral cirus nose. Bright on the palate. Mildly bitter finish. Crisp and clean. Mild maltiness. Medium bodied. Very well rounded. A refreshing IPA for summer

Super-easy drinking, approachable IPA. Great starter IPA, if someone is just approaching hoppy beers, and doesn't like the bitter bite.
