Amazing and complex wheat beer. Citra hops work well to brighten up the wheat. White sage adds a nice earthy spice to a smooth dry finish.

This saison has your typical saison-esque qualities; low-gravity, refreshing, perfect-for-warm weather beer. The addition of sage adds a sweet, musky aroma as well as a uniquely smooth characteristic. Take your time to fully appreciate this well-crafted ale!

Recommended at the grand opening of California Craft Beers in Fremont. Very tasty, with citrus and spice flavors. Not sweet. Not bitter.
