drevilz4l - August 1, 2012Honey comes through very strongly. Sweet and spicy flavor. Reminds me of a braggot or a mead.
Sudsey - April 24, 2012White wine forward, light ale middle, herbal, fruity, tart finish. This would go well with fish, chicken, pork, cheeses, and burgers. Enough acid to cut through some grease, but still is a light bodied, fruity ale, with great nuance.
