Smooth chocolate taste. Coffee thick and creamy. Lite mild after taste

Nice full creamy head, but heaviest, most bitter stout I've ever had. Not even a hint of chocolate present. Very disappointing. (Denver @ Aloft Downtown hotel on Feb 6, 2015 while at Creating Change conference).

The chocolate is very very subtle and the taste is very similar to Guinness Extra Stout.

Best choc stout I've had. Really good ice cold.

Good stout. Distinct, but not overpowering chocolate flavor. Good for after dinner beer.

Luscious chocolate aroma with medium mouth feel. It has a small but creamy head which I wish lasted longer as it dissipates fairly quickly. Just the right amount of hop flavor on the front end but the bitterness does not last. Based off the nose you would assume the chocolate flavor would be overpowering but it is a smooth blend of malty, toffee notes with a subtle dark chocolate finish. Tasty stout but I would not want to have more than one in a sitting despite the low abv of 5.8%. I know the beer is in memory of someone but the Martha Stewart edition label makes it less appealing.
