Pours black with an almost pumpkin color Thin head. Smells mostly of oak tannins and dark coffee. Taste is definitely heavy on coffee with some dark chocolate, vanilla and oak. Felt a little watery. By the name I was hoping for a lot more chocolate flavor but still a decent beer.

Slight carbonation, smooth. Mid-big bodied. Burnt malt, dark chocolate, and hops upfront. Balances ABV. Flavor doesn't last. Unbalanced overall. 3.25
