Stone Brewing has created a masterpiece with their Collective Distortion IPA! A fruity bouquet is followed with a bold blast of hop bitterness, full of grapefruit and pine flavors. Subtle flavors of elderberry and corriander tame the onslaught of "bite" from the Vic's Secret Austrllian hop variety. Bold. Full-flavored. Tasty. Strong. An IPA with a healthy set of nuts!

Aroma is a piney grapefruit and a lot of floral notes. Slightly bitter and smooth to the finish. A 4 star beer.

Elderberries and coriander. Delicious. Moderate. Dark golden color. Light golden head. Floral and sweet citrus nose. Flavor the same. Good. Would drink again.

Slightly hazy amber in color with a white head and slight piney aromas. Also has sour citrus grapefruit notes. Light to medium in body this is a kickass drinkable ipa. Another winner from Stone blends grapefruit orange and citrus flavors with a biting bitter finish. Like this one a lot would def get again.

Delicious! Slightly fruity, nicely balanced hops that get stronger on the finish. A little piney. Nice amber color.

This is the best double IPA that I've ever had! Both hoppy and strong without a harsh bite. It has a very smooth taste that I would recommend for anytime of the year!

Stone social distortion IPA. Smell of dark fruit, strong caramel backbone, citrus hops, a little boozy but really good. Spices very subtle. On tap at Ave Pub, May 2014.
