Brewed in wine bottles. One of Will's favorites.
Sudsey - February 23, 2012A very complex ale - Very sour, but less so as it warms. Many flavors malty and woody at first giving way quickly to sourness - underripe fruit (apple, tomato, bittersweet); Cabernet flavor is distinct. There are definite oak and butterscotch undertones. It isn't incredibly good, but it receives high marks for an interesting concept.
