Delicious. Has a nice hippy aroma with a light white head. No head retention, though. Hoppiness Is balanced with Malta, and the bitterness is subtle and nicely done and complimented. Medium mouthfeel with a barely dry finish. Very enjoyable to drink.

Light nose of sweet green apple and pear. Palate opens with pleasant touch of yeast doughiness. Mouth feel, effervescent and soft. Continuing palate of unique dryness that is balanced with bouquet of honey, candied sugar, white pepper. Well balanced light beer with medium body
