Smells tart and caramely. Tastes like brown sugar/sour goodness. Lots of raisins on the palate.

Very strong bouquet. Stronger bite with toffee, raisin and plum flavors. Great with stronger hard cheese such as Dubliner

Burgundy pour, moderate head with good lacing. Toffee and chocolate in the nose. Quite carbonated on the tongue. Enjoyable, if not fantastic.
