Very light malt allows for Brett to shine. Aroma - light orange citrus, light horse hair Appearance - straw to golden - haze Taste - dry, effervescent, light citrus and Brett funk very apparent - a very calm intro to Brett, no sour, but very very slightly astringent. Overall - I light and refreshing ale with a simple Brett twist of citrus, horsey funk and very dry.

Fruity with some citrus. Finishes clean. Beautiful beer in the glass, could drink all day long.
