Pours gold from the tap to a one finger head which quickly recedes. Good lacing. Smell: pine with huge tropical fruits and citrus. Taste: much of the same, but with a tinge of onion and garlic. This would be five stars if it didn't have the onion garlic thing going on.

Ideal. Hoppy up front, during and after. It's got depth that adds to the flavor on all levels. Yum!

Overall: 95/100

Pours a clear gold with a soapy, sticky white head. Citrus and fresh hop flowers abound in the aroma. Slightly effervescent yet slick mouthfeel, with an explosion of juicy west coast hops in front. Midway is a slight biscuity hint which soon gives way to a nice bitter kick as it goes down. Very balanced and approachable for a double IPA. One of the best, and truly a spectacular and landmark brew for victory.

Over the top IPA!! Awesome resinous grassy flavor. High bitterness, but it doesn't suck your face in. Smooth swallow and finish. And no discernible alcohol taste, even at nearly 9% ABV. Candy with a kick!!

Hoppy... With your eyes closed feels like your drinking a nice cup of OJ. Gosh I might drink this for breakfast
