Not a bad winter ale but not my favorite. There is a strong molasses or maple syrup flavor in this one that I don't prefer. Is a lighter colored brown ale as well. I prefer them with more roast.

Perfect fall/winter beer. Not too heavy and it has just the right amount of subtle spices... and the ABV warms you right up! It won't disappoint.

deep brown color with a thin head. you can smell and taste the spices in this ale. It is a decent entry and redeems their off flavored Oktoberfest.
