Strong pear smell, very very light in color and texture (possibly pale green), can easily distinguish pear flavor

Great cider. Almost tastes like a champagne. Most certainly hits the palate like one. Bubbly, sweet, and dry. A great cider if you're looking to lighten things up a bit.
