Shared a bottle of 2008 in Dec. 2012...very complex with notes of butterscotch. First taste had the tartness of a lambic. Beautiful color with nice head retention. I was very pleased overall with this one. Cheers!!

Had a 2011 in Nov 2012. Apparently best if aged for a few years. Complex, rich malty flavours, sherry roundness.

That head is stiffer than a wedding night erection. Carmel flavor maybe. Fancy box, average beer.

This is a good sipping beer with a sweet almost Carmel flavor. Seems it could be paired with a sweet and salty dish or even a dessert.
