Clean finish.

Pleasant, clean, with a juicy, smacky finish in place of a crisper, drier finish you'd get from a nice Pilsner. Not spectacular, but a suitable break now and then from hop fever.

Opaque golden color w/ white head. Grassy fruit aromas lead to flavors that start sweet, biscuit middle and crisp dry finish. Refreshing.

23JUL12, Flying Saucer, Nashville, TN Draft Pale, top-fermenting, from pilsner malt. Seems like a refreshing cross between a pilsner and a wheat. Doesn't have the undesirable tones of a pilsner. Light, and light finish. A tad but citrusy. Refreshing, but not really complex in flavor.
