pagnani - June 19, 2012Smooth and relatively light for a 9.5 % brew. Some cinnamon and spice with almost a whit beer base. Nice. Slight EtOH taste noted when cleansed the palate
tenthandjordan - June 12, 2012Ommegang Gnomegang- belgian strong ale i def like... Less spice i think. More burnt flavor n at times it is a weird aftertaste. It got worse as i tasted it. At times it falls into the category of the higher ups
Had in bottle. But the bottle looked different than this. It was white. It tasted great. Not too sweet. But it tasted as a 4.5 at the very least a 4. But a high 4. It tasted great in a bottle though. Had with Dave
It's actually a blonde ale. It says on the bottle
DeNomad - February 19, 2012Initial impression reminds me of a saison. Pleasant aroma and slightly spicy. The after taste when warmed is not great though.
