The flavor itself (a robust spicy clove flavor) is not what I look for in a beer. This Tripel ale has a nice amount of German malts and Belgian yeasts to produce a well-balanced Belgian-style ale, however, this is not MY style of ale.

Fruity, nearing but far from a banana smell with a good medium color and the slightest of a dry bitter mid ways through, but crisp finish ... Did I mention it's 9.5%?

Pretty light in flavor for a high alcohol content. Slightly fruity.

Strong aftertaste, coriander stands out. Perfectly balanced, would recommend to anyone that likes that wheat taste. Strong ABV but tastes great. Definitely one of my top 3 favorites so far. I'll keep this updated

Sweet and malty/wheaty with Belgian-style yeast. Full-bodied with complex, slightly spicy flavor and perfectly balancing hops. Light in color but great for winter drinking. Bottle 2/2014
