Honey, lager, pine, and fresh mown grass complex forward; caramel, flower (lilac, phlox) middle, banana bread finish. Similar to Harriet's Divine Oculust, only more mild.

Don't know much about the brewery, yet, but this brew caught my attention, especially after drinking the 9.5 ABV on an empty, hiccup, stomach. Smooth appetizing, hiccup, beer, hiccup.

Amazing triple. Very smooth initial flavor with a smooth hoppiness. Initial flavor of rose that become slightly more honey like at tail end. Finishes slightly dry. Overall very sweet and flavorful.
