Carmel notes. Lingering aftertaste. Mild carbonation.

Smooth and initially Sweet going down. Aftertaste lingers. Not bad but I have had better. Drought and IPA much better choice from Guinness.

Changed the formula a few years ago - taste "flatter" now, not as good

Pours dark, malts on the nose, but weak in the flavor dept. slight roasted coffee notes with a slight hoppy sourness at the end but not much else going on.

It has enough dark roasted malts to taste them but not enough to enjoy them. Very watery. Will pass on this in the future.

C+. No roast in aroma, some plum and banana esters, not refreshing like the draught.
