great rich brown color, nice smell and the pour got a frothy head that remained for the life of the drink. It had a tart intro sliding into a slightly bitter body with a lasting aftertaste. Not a bad beer but I have had better Oktoberfest beers.

A classic example of an autumn session ale. Malty, with smooth mouth feel. Totally drinkable.
