Remind us of a sprague beer, true farmhouse feel/taste. Almost chocolatey or caramel notes. Tastes darker than it looks.

Caramel, toffee, a little sweet but coffee roastiness and bitter hop ending to balance. With smoked Gouda Mac and cheese and apple butter bacon.
