Sudsey - February 15, 2012Very complex- honey gold color with off-white slight head. Sweet caramel and pine scent, smells almost boozy. A lot of competing flavors at the the start: pine, grapefruit, peach, caramel, flowers; gives way to a piney, earthy, and roasted flavors, finishes with pine and grass flavors, slight dryness at the end. I need another one!
