Rich and delicious with an oak taste.

Aroma: Sweet and double layered. Strong hints of apricot and toffee over vanilla and wood. Appearance: Light honey gold with a long lasting and thick white head. Taste: A strong flavor of scotch resides over notes of sweet malt. Q hint of vanilla oversees everything down to the after taste. At the end you get the fruity sweetness from the pale ale style. The very wet and smooth mouthfeel keep it from becoming too much. Overall: Easily one if my favorite beers. The flavors are a great mix of sweet and smokey peet moss. The aging in oak barrels adds the same edge as it does to a good scotch. Keep one in your fridge for special occasions.
