I want to say this is an above average IPA, but I haven't had one in awhile.

An IPA that drinks like a good lager or pilsner. Presents as a gorgeous oak cherry color with a white one finger head. The nose hits are of soft, dry hops and a bit citrus. Tastes of citrus and hops with a light, bitter after taste. 3.5 of 5 stars.

Lighter bodied compared to other ipas. Lacks floral or citrus notes but full of distinct herbal flavors. Refreshing ipa

It never let's me down, consistently good. Not the best ipa out there but it's up there

Grand marais trip

Inversion has a nice hop finish, but is paired with a sweet, roasty malt-forward profile very unusual in an IPA. If you are looking for a traditional IPA, keep looking. If you are looking for a well-rounded, big, bold beer with a long, pleasant finish, try Inversion.

Big hop flavor with a surprising amount of malt flavor for an ipa

Smokey sweet, hoppy but not overly bitter. An all around nice, crisp IPA.
