Yeasty nose. Very carbonated, malty raisins in the background, but flat other than that. Improves as it warms.

Aged one year. Really mellowed out. Fig, raisin, and date. Smooth. Fantastic lacing in a tulip glass. Delicious. Hints of chocolate at the very end.

Fairly unremarkable but tasty nonetheless. Rich but not necessarily full flavor. Low carbonation.

Nice beer, could clearly taste the variety of dark fruit along with toffee..slight caramel flavor, almost reminiscent of Troegs Naked Elf.. Like the abv and variety of flavors.. Not the best Dubbel but still 4 stars.. Have to represent Troegs so maybe a slight bias...
