Not normally a fan of bourbon barrel aged beers, but this one less alcohol tasting, while still imparting a bourbon taste and bouquet.

Has a bourbon smell. Taste reminded me of a strong barley wine without the overpowering liquor taste. Overall good with a sour aftertaste. The 8%ABV can sneak up on you, however, this is a good beer and worth a try.
