Very refreshing, light kolsch beer. More "laggery" than "ale" flavor profile, but with more mouthfeel and malty aftertaste than most commercial American lager/pilsners. Pale color, with very slight hint of amber hue. Similar taste to Canadian lagers like Labatt Blue or Molson.
